Our story
HJ4 Capital focuses on multifamily and other income-producing properties in select Southeast and Sun Belt markets. Henrry and Jeremy evaluate each opportunity based on local demand, property condition, and operating potential.
The founders review comparable rents, expenses, taxes, insurance, and capital needs together. They share acquisition decisions and remain involved in property operations after closing.

HJ4 Capital is an independent investment group. The principals lead underwriting and acquisition decisions.
We participate in the Grant Cardone Real Estate Club for education, investor conversations, and market insight. HJ4 Capital operates independently of Grant Cardone and Cardone Capital.
Brokers and owners speak directly with the principals reviewing the opportunity. We communicate our interest and next steps clearly.
